This latest installment dives into the Mothership era, where George Clinton fused street rhythm, psychedelic distortion, Afrofuturist myth, and relentless groove into something bigger than genre.

The spectacle was wild. The musicianship was deadly serious. Beneath the costumes and cosmic theater lived some of the densest, most elastic funk ever recorded.
