Let's see how long this lasts.  As soon as some muckity mucks massage shows up, they'll bury the info again.

The fun of being in power is abusing it for personal benefit.

The irony is that Federal military contract vendors have to track this information ... though it's probably buried in a La Brea Tar Pit of Excel spreadsheets.
