Sounds like an act of Sedition ... if someone else knew about it, that would make it a Seditious Conspiracy.  If the Seditious Conspirators were participants in a network of Seditious Conspirators, that would make it a Seditious R.I.C.O.

You'd think she would have been identified by now. The Kansas City Star, as of a few hours ago, says she is not.
