It's complicated. Thune has to declare a "standing Filibuster," which appears likely because he's signed on as a co-sponsor. The Dems will lose that after X number of hours, at which time an up or down vote happens. We now supposedly have 50 votes, 51 if Fetterman votes for it as he's said he will. 

If he lied, JD Vance stands ready to break the tie!  So we are one Standing Filibuster away from passing this.

I gotz this feelin' that Mr. Fetterman will declare himself an independent when the dem-communists try to run him out of office by primarying him when he's up for re-election.

Chances are, he'll beat both the dem-communist and the Pubbie candidates... easily.

But as for the SAVE Act...
I'll still believe it when I see it.
Not until then.

(why is it that Mr. Fetterman seems more trustworthy on this bill, than does the Pubbie Senate majority leader...?)
