:pondering:

In that case, I may need to set my sights higher.  How about the Congressional Black Caucus!

If you can cut big checks to the KKK, you're in like Flynn!
I don’t owe tolerance to people who disagree with my existence.
I will NOT comply.

Judge Jack Hurley is a good one.  He's the judge who originally ruled that the referendum was illegal but then the State Supreme Court ruled that he was premature, and that it had to take place first before its legality was challenged.  The law is on his side but that doesn't matter much anymore with activist judges controlling the State Supreme Court.  They'll probably just knock him down again.

I fully expect the Virginia Supreme Court to overrule this decision as well.  Not because they’re left wing (they’re not), but because this Amendment wasn’t challenged before the vote.  The Virginia GOP kept its mouth shut and allowed this referendum to be voted on without objection.  And because there was no objection, it is highly unlikely that the Commonwealth Supreme Court will overturn an Amendment to its own Constitution.

There is no opposition party in Virginia.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."     -Ayn Rand-

When i voted on Tuesday, there was not a single "vote No" sign outside the polling place. Staunton is single party rule.

Staunton and W'boro in the 6th District, Churchville in the 7th, while Fishersville goes to District 9?  It makes no sense.  And the Virginia GOP didn't do a damn thing to stop it.  They weren't even a party to the suit filed in Tazewell.
