RFK Jr. at HHS: Finally Making Health Policy Work for Americans

The Last Wire

For decades, HHS has been a black hole of bureaucracy. Massive budgets. Endless panels. Worsening health outcomes. Americans got fatter, sicker, and more dependent while Washington congratulated itself.

That changed when RFK Jr. took over.

Quietly and without the usual Beltway fanfare, Kennedy has begun doing what conservatives have demanded for years. Cutting redundant offices. Challenging captured advisory boards. Refocusing federal health policy on chronic disease, prevention, and outcomes instead of slogans.

Even the food pyramid is finally getting an overdue correction. Less processed carbs. More whole foods. Healthy fats back on the table. Common sense replacing dogma that helped fuel obesity and metabolic disease for decades.

You may not agree with Kennedy on everything. That is not the point. The point is this: HHS is finally being forced to work for the public instead of protecting itself.

This OpEd breaks down what changed, why it matters, and why conservatives should be paying attention now.

RFK Jr. is doing a good job and has touched upon the issue of autism as well.

I have felt for a long time that we are being poisoned by the food that we eat from supposedly needed additives and preservatives and dyes that have been 'approved' for a long time.

Yes, he re-invented the food pyramid which was much needed.  However, will institutions such as schools and hospitals recognize and adapt their food menu to those changes?  I doubt it.

Just my opinion.
Live in  harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.

It will be interesting to see if they do make those changes.

Thanks for the reply.

I hope we are getting away from food just being carbs/proteins/fat. True health requires vitamins and minerals in the right form, starting with food. They are what the body needs for the machine to run efficiently.

And we're now getting this globalist effort to put more and more foreign things in our food that either alters us or kills us off faster. There needs to be a complete revolt against it and people getting out of that system.
The Republic is lost.
