Dumb broad.  You follow the Clintons' lead ... establish the Ilhan Omar Foundation to Launder Political Bribes.

Great thing about "foundations" ... they can be about nothing and they can do nothing ... businesses have to show receipts ... foundations not so much ... foundations don't have to spend money nor help people ... they exist to collect and shield untaxed contributions while providing some intangible public benefit or purpose.
