You are in the store. You look at something that is nicely packaged, but if you look closely, it's junk.

But y'all sanctimonious anti-Trump (who wasn't running) nitwits voted for this.

 You bought it anyway.

And now you have it, good and hard.

Virginia is discovering that Communism sounds nice but the reality isn't.

Too bad.

Dems have purged most moderates from their ranks.

No such thing as a 'moderate' Dem running for statewide office.

Any person who is not 100% dependent on welfare is "rich" in their eyes.

The Dems are full on moonbat-$h!t crazy about wasting other people's money for nonsense.

There are some moderate Dems hiding out in a few isolated districts.  Dems states will attempt to gerrymander the remaining moderates out of office.

Rep. Stephen Lynch (D-South Boston, MA) was the only Dem to vote against Obamacare and he allegedly told Pelosi, "Hey, look, lady ..." to get her out of his office.

"Political correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it’s entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end." - Alan Simpson, Frontline Video Interview

Abigail Spanberger is a radical communist psychopath.

She is much worse than a Newsom or AOC because she is cosplaying as a moderate - while diabolically dismantling the state of Virginia and trying to turn it into a third world sewer.

Meghan, I wouldn't have been surprised if you had voted for her over Sears if you had lived in Virginia.  You did vote and campaign for Joe Biden after all.

spanberger beat Sears by 15 percentage points.
That ought to tell you something.

And there's a reason for it.
It may not be an easy pill to swallow.
But it is... what it is.

Sears was weak as a candidate, Spanberger had very polished Media, and one candidate lied their a$$ off.
Then the population they played to in the urban areas was composed of Government Employees (bedroom communities living outside the beltway-NoVa), and Government employees/dependents in major cities and college towns. Charlottesville has both.
The blue dots down the Shenandoah Valley are nearly all college towns. More rural Va is Red.

Hey Virginia, shut your face and enjoy your place.

Good strategy --- kick the Virginia Republicans in the face instead of working to change the minds of NOVA voters.  I guess you don't need any Republicans from Virginia in Congress.

Wow! Just about a 'tax' on every service ... **nononono*
Live in  harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.

And probably the air that you breathe, too, while they're at it. And fantasy sports:

Nick Minock
@NickMinock
Virginia Democrats introduced legislation to tax fantasy sports contests.

Trump is a poor match for the state, but overall the trend is to the left at about half a point every year.

Thankfully, the governor is limited to one term.  The legislature is a different matter, if they get around to redrawing the maps.

Or redistributing the federal workforce to enough different locations within the country that they cannot overwhelm any one locality.  I hear Death Valley is ripe for office tower development right now.

Dems have purged most moderates from their ranks.

And Republicans have purged most Conservatives from theirs.

Which would happen if Republicans balanced the budget.

Good strategy --- kick the Virginia Republicans in the face instead of working to change the minds of NOVA voters.  I guess you don't need any Republicans from Virginia in Congress.

The last Republican governor the Virginia GOP helped elect was John Dalton.

Conservatives remain their own worst enemy.

The biggest enemy that Conservatives have is the Republican Party.  It's not the fault of Conservatives that Republicans in Congress ran up massive deficits so that Democrats could settle enmasse in NOVA.  Virginia Republicans prefer having Democrats in power because they'd rather play victim than lead.

The biggest enemy that conservatives have, most especially those of the boomer generation, is themselves.

Conservatives aren't the ones consistently funding the Democrat Party with taxpayer money.  It's Republicans that are doing that.  $2 trillion every year.  All with your blessing.
