Gov. Walz is again inflaming the mob. He is effectively declaring this to be the murder of a citizen who had a permit to carry this weapon. He is saying that the state not the federal government will control the investigation.  He does not have that authority...

Thanks for posting this.  I was just examining this same man from a different camera angle.  When he pulled away, there was clearly something visible in his hand.  And from the audio, his pulling away was before the first shot was fired.  If that is indeed the weapon the deceased was supposed to have shot, then there is a huge problem with that narrative.

Look at him pulling away at the 40s mark before the first shot is heard.  Now this doesn't mean the video and audio were in synch.  But if they were, there are going to be problems for DHS.

He wasn't just "carrying" a gun. He was actively participating in a violent demonstration against lawful Federal authority and resisting arrest after committing an act of battery and brandishing a weapon. So - bullshit.
The details will be determined after investigation. But he's not some innocent CCW person.

He wasn't just "carrying" a gun. He was actively participating in a violent demonstration against lawful Federal authority and resisting arrest after committing an act of battery and brandishing a weapon. So - bullshit.
The details will be determined after investigation. But he's not some innocent CCW person.

Every citizen, especially with concealed carry, is REQUIERED to notify LEOs that they have a weapon with hands up.

they took his gun and shot him after the fact. He was DISARMED. This was clearly a complete ****up and miscommunication from ICE.
