"I didn't even know they were going to this church until we followed them there. We were there chronicling protests. Once the protest started in the church, we did an act of journalism."

Unfortunately for Don, this revisionist version of events doesn’t hold up.

A group of anti-ICE protesters stormed a Minnesota church during Sunday services, halting worship and sparking outrage among congregants who said they were harassed inside what they described as a sacred space.

The demonstrators forced their way into Cities Church in St. Paul, chanting “ICE out” and accusing a senior church leader of cooperating with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. One protester said the disruption was meant to demand justice for Renee Good, the 37-year-old Minneapolis woman fatally shot earlier this month during a confrontation involving an ICE agent.

“This will not stand, they cannot pretend to be a house of God, while harboring someone who is commanding ICE agents to terrorize our communities,” activist Nekima Levy Armstrong said.

Former CNN anchor Don Lemon, who followed the marchers into the church, questioned Armstrong as the protesters moved through the sanctuary. Lemon, now operating as an independent journalist, later spoke with a pastor at Cities Church, who said the group refused any attempt at peaceful dialogue.

“No one is willing to talk. I have to take care of my church and my family,” the pastor said, before asking Lemon to leave.

One of the anti-ICE agitators who barged into a Twin Cities church during Sunday services has also been accused of harassing worshippers at Secretary of War Pete Hegseth’s church in Washington, D.C., according to congregants and church leaders.

The disruption unfolded at Cities Church in St. Paul, where protesters interrupted worship, shouted “ICE out” and “Justice for Renee Good,” and accused a senior pastor of secretly running ICE’s local field office. Churchgoers looked on in shock as the protest derailed the service.

A man in the group was identified as William Kelly, who uses the handle “DaWokeFarmer” on TikTok. Kelly has more than 66,000 followers and regularly posts profanity-laced videos attacking ICE, President Donald Trump and administration officials.

A member of Christ Church in Washington, who asked not to be named, told Fox News Digital he immediately recognized Kelly.

“William Kelly is a regular outside our church, he screams incredibly vile and gross things at families, at children at people, he’s called my wife a c—, a whore and a Nazi breeder, all sorts of fun things,” the congregant said.

Church members said Kelly’s identity became widely known after months of “social media sleuthing.” They claim he was arrested by the U.S. Secret Service in December after an incident caught on camera in which he berated a man as a “Nazi” and demanded to know who he voted for. Kelly later said in a video that the Secret Service was “moving forward with disorderly conduct charges.” The Secret Service did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Members of Christ Church, where Pete Hegseth attends, said they simply want to worship without being harassed.

“It’s been a good education for my children to understand what type of people use these words,” the congregant said.

I have an idea. Instead of protesting...sponsor an illegal family or at least 2 illegals in your home. Feed, house, provide medical care. If they commit a crime, you are responsible, if they leave your home you are still responsible. And no chain migration.

Freedom of the Press ... unless he made editorial comments in favor of the agitators violating the worshippers 1st Amendment Right to Free Worship.

Any agitator live streaming mayhem in their phone will claim to be a "journalist".

In the future, anyone who enters a place of worship, disrupts a service, is asked to leave, but doesn't, should be charged.

Journalist would be someone who did not enter the Church with the agitators.

If he's embedded with the agitators, he's one of the agitators- he's no longer a disinterested observer. To be embedded, would have required him to have prior knowledge, which also makes him a co-conspirator.

A journalist does not shadow the arsonist as he is setting the fire. A journalist shows up to the fire once it becomes publicly known to be a dis-interested observer ... not egging the arsonist on as he's setting the fire.

If signed, that allows an arrest warrant to issue, and then the prosecutor has a limited amount of time to seek an indictment. It appears that a magistrate is permitted to consider affirmative defenses in making the determination that probable cause existed. That is likely what happened.

Or it could just be the fact that the magistrate is married to Ellison's Asst AG.

The simplest answers are the easiest.
