Russia Demands Release of Maduro Using Democrat Talking Points

The Moscow Times

Russia’s Foreign Ministry on Saturday called for the release of Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro and his wife from U.S. custody after President Donald Trump announced that they were captured during military strikes on the capital city of Caracas.

“We firmly call on the U.S. leadership to reconsider this position and release the lawfully elected president of a sovereign country and his wife,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement, stressing the need to resolve the dramatic confrontation through diplomacy.

This whole thing has to have Putin paranoid beyond comprehension.  I am sure he has completely revised his strategy to hide his whereabouts not only to Russians but also Americans. 

Imagine if the USA could snatch this maggot up like Maduro.

No one in the world is going to do much beyond posturing and doing the “Orange Man Bad” thing, then Maduro will go to jail and we will live in.

Putin however, presents a whole lot of different possibilities that aren’t as easily manageable as that.

 IMHO I really don't think the U.S. or Trump needs Germany's approval but supposedly they are our ally -- Maduro isn't exactly a stand up guy so you would think that they would stand behind the U.S.  on this.
