Good grief, just cut off the money.  It really is that simple.  Stop subsidizing States handing out free shit to illegals.  Stop doling out money.  Within six months, States will be begging Trump to get rid of their illegals.

The Supremacy Clause (Article VI, Clause 2) is a U.S. Constitutional provision establishing that the Constitution, Federal laws, and valid treaties are the "supreme Law of the Land," taking precedence over conflicting state laws, meaning state judges must follow federal law even if state constitutions or laws say otherwise, underpinning the federal government's power to preempt state actions in areas of federal authority, like commerce or foreign policy.

Foreign policy necessarily includes enforcement of immigration laws.
