Austin Herber is a white man from North Carolina who is being charged with a litany of serious crimes, including “hate crime” enhancement charges (adding a level of severity), all because he was the victim of a violent hit-and-run, perpetrated by a car of Hispanic men (I presume they’re illegals considering the police and media refuse to provide information on them).
