A state representative in Kentucky said during a Tuesday hearing that white people should feel guilty about their skin tone while debating diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

Republican state Sen. Lindsey Tichenor of Smithfield, Kentucky, introduced legislation to ban DEI from public schools in the state Tuesday, the Paducah Sun reported. Democratic state Rep. Sarah Stalker of Louisville, Kentucky, objected to the bill, saying DEI allowed students to “reflect” on the “historical privilege” white people had during the hearing. “I’m going to be honest, I don’t feel good about being white every day for a lot of reasons,” Stalker claimed in the video posted by LibsofTikTok. “Because it’s a point of privilege that I get to move through the world in a way that so many of my other colleagues and friends and family members and of the community don’t get the privilege to do and I’m just a female, just a woman, just a white woman.”

I am so tired of the discrimination against white people.

I grew up, and I did not have any privilege.  NONE!   I worked hard for everything I have.  I paid 100% of my university education.  And worked 112 hours per week without one day off in between semesters in school for three summers, and I did not get time and a half, and no OT without taxes. 

People today are spoiled.  Lowest mortgage I ever had was 8%, and as high as 11.5%.  And I managed.  Now Trump is pushing a 50 year mortgage which is utter insanity.  Worst solution to a problem I have ever heard.  We should be encouraging people to save money for the purchase of a house, and then getting a 15 year mortgage, not a 50 year mortgage.

It’s sad that she can’t accept who she is, but that’s an issue she should be taking up with her therapist, not trying to ram down the throats of everyone else’s children.
