You get this, I get this, but there is a group here who expected prices to magically revert to 2018 levels or something. They can't separate the rate of change (slope of the line) from where the line is on the Y axis in their heads and understand that the rate of change (inflation) in the Biden Era is what made prices high.
Short of deflation, across the board prices will not drop except for some commodities.
I have heard that deflation is bad juju for an economy.
Nobody here ever argue that prices are gonna revert the 2018 levels
Another strawman
Im just simply pointing out the inconsistencies that the administration is making on the economy. Doesn’t exactly inspire confidence
And some are upset by that
Donald Trump says that his administration has crushed inflation. Nobody here made that statement. Donald Trump did.
Donald Trump says we’re in the golden age of the economy while part of his administration says we’re gonna have to wait a while. Nobody here said that. Donald Trump and administration did
Donald Trump said the affordability crisis is a hoax. Nobody here said that. Donald Trump said that.
Lutnick said in July Trump owns the economy. Come September, he pushed that to the end of the year. Now that it’s the end of the year, that’s been pushed ahead. Nobody here did that. The administration did
Donald Trump promised his voters that he would bring prices down on day one. Nobody here promised that. Donald Trump did
Now that none of that is working out as promised, the White House and their supporters are reverting back to it’s Biden’s fault. And I say good luck on that.
Polling, along with dismal election results this year, prove that’s not winning over anyone outside Trump’s base
So there’s two messages that you see even here on this site. The economy is doing great. And it’s Joe Biden’s fault….lol
We used to blast the Biden administration, and rightly, so, for constantly blaming Trump.
