Report: HHS Alters Transgender Rachel Levine’s Portrait Name to Match ‘Biological Reality’

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has reportedly made changes to the name under former President Joe Biden’s assistant secretary for health, who is a man living as a woman.

A hallway inside the Humphrey Building in Washington D.C. features portraits of federal officials who worked at HHS, and one of them is of Admiral Rachel Levine, NPR reported on Friday.

“Levine’s official portrait was recently altered, a spokesperson for HHS confirmed to NPR. A digital photograph of the portrait in the hallway obtained by NPR shows that Levine’s previous name is now typed below the portrait, under the glass of the frame,” the outlet said.

According to Breitbart News, Levine was born as Richard and previously served as Pennsylvania’s health secretary.

With the comment, "This is a dude!" the X account for Libs of TikTok has endorsed a move by the Department of Health and Human Services to identify Richard Levine, a man who served in Joe Biden's administration, as Richard Levine.

Biden routinely had identified him as "Rachel" as the guy claims to be a woman.

The comment from Libs of TikTok continued, "If the truth hurts, seek help."

Richard Dick Rachel said it was petty.

Speaking to NPR, Ms. Levine said it was an honor to serve the American people as the assistant secretary for health and that she would not comment ”on this type of petty action.”

Then refuses to comment?

Look at the so called accomplishments.  Every one of them is an embarrassing failure.

In Pennsylvania, Ms. Levine distinguished herself as a leader in the fight against opioid abuse, HIV/AIDS and COVID-19. She would go on in federal service to work to end the COVID pandemic and promote childhood vaccines.

What I always found laughable was that Dick felt compelled to wear the naval uniform for being ass't sec'y of health, not even Surgeon General. Not saying it wasn't permissible (for whatever reason), but did he have to? He looked like a clown.
