Biden prosecutor who led criminal cases against Trump is subpoenaed
 
The Biden-era prosecutor who led the criminal cases against Donald Trump has been subpoenaed by Congress . The House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday summoned former special counsel Jack Smith to testify at a closed-door session later this month. Smith led two criminal prosecutions of Trump, who if convicted would have spent the rest of his life in prison. He indicted Trump in Florida in 2023 for his handling of classified documents after the FBI raided the president's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach.

BTW, how's that budget bill coming?  Are we going to have another Government shutdown in January?
