Sen. Mark Kelly is facing scrutiny after the Pentagon opened a formal investigation into his appearance in a video urging military and intelligence personnel to refuse “illegal orders” from the Trump administration.


Kelly, a retired Navy captain and Arizona Democrat, is one of six lawmakers under review for participating in the November video, which was directed at active-duty service members.

The video tells troops to resist commands they believe violate the Constitution and includes the message, “Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home.”

Don't let off the pedal.  This kind of stuff needs to be nipped in the bug, and the culprits held to account.

All of the Seditious Six need their due process to determine their legal fate.   I know how I'd rule.

Investigate him over the Chinese funding, but drop the nonsense about sedition.

Read the Naval Commander's Handbook on the Law of Naval Operations here: https://stjececmsdusgva001.blob.core.usgovcloudapi.net/public/documents/NWP_1-14M.pdf. Search for the word "shipwreck" in the pdf.  The order to kill the survivors clinging to wreckage of their drug running boat was an illegal order.  Reminding our service members that illegal orders exist and should not be obeyed is not sedition, but a contribution to the rule of law.  You remember the rule of law, one of the things that made America great in the first place.

check the other thread, tey wire not clinging to the wreckage, they were trying to salvage the drugs and call for reinforcements. The mission is over when the drugs are at the bottom of the ocean.
