You know, there’s something seriously wrong when a guy can turn his van into a battering ram against federal agents, flee for miles in a dangerous chase, and then walk out of court scot-free because a judge decides it wasn’t a “deadly weapon.” That’s exactly what happened in Charlotte, North Carolina, with 24-year-old Miguel Martinez, a U.S. citizen whose parents immigrated from Mexico. On November 16, 2025, Martinez was filming Border Patrol agents during Operation Charlotte’s Web, a crackdown on illegal immigration. When agents tried to stop him for a “voluntary” chat, he bolted, circling them in a parking lot before leading a high-speed pursuit through the city. He swerved over medians, drove on the wrong side of the road, and nearly rammed agents—turning his white van into a weapon.




We need an American Bukele to end these corrupt judges.

Think 2000 pounds (or more) of 'blunt instrument'. F'n idiot judge has never had to jump out of the way of some idiot, or they were determined to let the guy walk.

Impeach that judge.

Any implement that is used in battery or attempted battery is a dangerous weapon, ie, a shod foot.
