You're damn right the National Guard shouldn't have been there.  The 100% Democrat DC government should have done their jobs keeping their streets safe.  But they didn't.  So here we are.

You want someone to blame?  Blame the mayor.  Blame the city council.  Blame every one of these leeches who suck money from the taxpayers and give nothing in return.
