Not about their existence.  That is beyond reproach.

But rather FROM where they came.

IMO, they're Earthlings over 3 billion years old.  They live underground.  Under the oceans.  They live inside mountains.

They go into water without creating so much as a ripple.  And they rise from the water completely dry.

There are quite a bit of possibilities, including interdimensional. Einstein's theory predicted 10 dimensions give or take. If that theory is accurate we have zero clue as to to what is in them.

In the "14 Shocking Revelations" video...#2 talks about how the vehicle is a encased in a bubble...thus why every picture is 'blurry'.

The bubble is a force field which protects the enclosed.  This allows the occupant/vehicle to go from hovering still and accelerating to 20,000mph in an instant with no G forces.

Also, which explains how they can go from SPACE to our ATMOSPHERE then under water with nary a ripple.

IMO, this is more than "...a Hop, Skip and a Jump" from my suggestion they originate from below the Earth's surface(s)

The trouble with the dimensional theory is that as far as our current physics is concerned the 5th 6th and 7th dimensions are tiny and knurled up in the probability waves. They are not some huge thing one can step through.

But I'm bound by pragmatism.  I'd rather accept the premise that those who live on the surface are more susceptive to existential threats that those evolving miles below.
