Florida deputy Terri Mashkow is dead and two others were injured after attempting to evict a man from a home in Vero Beach, Fla., on Friday, Nov. 21

The man, identified as Michael Halberstam, "retrieved a weapon and he began indiscriminately firing on our deputies on scene,” the sheriff's office said

Another officer was shot in the shoulder and a locksmith was transported to the hospital in critical condition
