Several FBI agents who worked under Former Special Counsel Jack Smith on investigations related to President Donald Trump have faced dismissals amid alleged internal turmoil. Lawmakers and the FBI Agents Association have criticized the dismissals as violations of disciplinary policy and due process. The FBI has not disclosed the reasons for the firings, most of which have been linked to the internal inquiry known as "Arctic Frost," led by Smith.
