Epstein mentioned Trump multiple times in private emails, new release shows
By
Kaitlan Collins

Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender whose death by suicide has spawned intense scrutiny of the high-profile people he knew, mentioned Donald Trump by name multiple times in private correspondence over the last 15 years with an associate and an author in Trump’s orbit, according to newly released emails from Democrats on the House Oversight Committee.

The emails to longtime Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted of sex trafficking after Epstein’s death, and the author Michael Wolff include conversations in which Epstein asserts Trump spent significant time with a woman whom Oversight Democrats describe as a victim of Epstein’s sex trafficking. The emails also include a message in which Epstein asserts Trump “knew about the girls” — seemingly in reference to Trump’s claim that he kicked Epstein out of his Mar-a-Lago club for poaching young women who worked there, according to the newly released emails.

The emails were released Wednesday by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, who obtained them after subpoenaing Epstein’s estate earlier this year. Trump did not receive or send any of the messages, which largely predated his time as president, and he has not been accused of any criminal wrongdoing in connection with Epstein or Maxwell.

Wolff told CNN: “I don’t quite remember the context. But I was engaged then in an in-depth conversation with Epstein about his relationship with Trump and this seems to be part of that conversation.”

CNN has reached out to the White House.

Big difference in "Knowing about the girls", and playing Doctor with them  like Prince Andy, and allegedly by Clinton and Gates.

Still, the hypothetical test balloon  has to be launched.  If for some unlikely chance he is he is implicated, and it is proven....   Does he resign?

I say yes.....

If it were all truly damaging to Trump as they are running with, Biden's DOJ and Dems would have released all of this last year. This new cycle is how you know Dems are now trying to get out from under the shutdown narrative.

Bonchie
@bonchieredstate
And the other emails are 1) Epstein admitting Trump booted them, and 2) Michael Wolff suggesting blackmail over flying on the plane.
I know I criticize Trump sometimes (a lot the last day), but I do so out of honesty.
And the honest answer is people are misleading with these.

Someone at FNC mentioned that the reason this list is still under wraps,  is because the DOJ would be massively sued, and would distracted from more plausible matters like firehosing the illegals out.   And in tort defense unseen in this country before.

That's plausible

They were neighbors weren't they? To me "mentioning Trump" isn't evidence of wrongdoing. He was a famous rich guy who lived close to Epstein, seems reasonable he'd mention him in some emails.

I wonder how many times Obama, Clinton, Biden and other democrats were mentioned in in emails by Epstein?

They were acquainted, certainly. No one denies that. But no one has produced the slightest shred of evidence that Trump had anything to do with Epstein's harem of underage girls, unlike Slick Willy.

Trump: Democrats Deflecting to Epstein Hoax to Distract from Their Shutdown

President Donald Trump said Wednesday that Democrats are reintroducing the “Jeffrey Epstein Hoax” to distract from their government shutdown and other issues they are performing poorly on.

Trump is calling Mace, Boebert to try and remove their names from the petition to release the Epstein files.  Evidently there are 218 in favor now, and it will come to the floor.

Donald sure is acting guilty.

Is this the end?  Will Trump have no choice but to resign and hope for a pardon from President Vance?

No one can connect with people like Trump and he has worked his butt off at lightening speed to turn this country around.

IF he resigns I don't think a President Vance will be all that bad as long as he selects a very conservative and aggressive VP.  No one fits that bill except IMO Byron Donalds.  I'm not so sure that he's ready to take that leap.

I disagree.  He would have never asked for the Epstein files to be released if the files were going to implicate him.  So ... who is he protecting and why??

He's goading the Democrats to demand release of the files, so they'll discover too late he's in the clear, while some of their sacred cows are left exposed.  If that comes to pass it would be a classic Trump maneuver.

I hope.

How many people have 'mentioned' Trump in e-mails (not to mention tiktok videos and 'X' posts? Is it in the hundreds of millions yet?

The DNCNN bunch is off and running with more smoke and mirrors to throw anything in the path of getting things done for this country. Why is it that they aren't mentioning all the other people likely mentioned in emails between Epstein and Maxwell?

Well, that's the stinky part. If no one is being charged (Maxwell is sentenced, Epstein is dead), then insinuations and allegations are free food for the Left's conspiracy theory people, and they can wave that stuff around along with the Flat-Earthers and 'moon landings were fake' and all the other people out there who have something where the tofu behind their allegations is masquerading as meat for the purpose of getting clicks and even keeping TDS alive and well in the heads of the haters. They hate Trump, but half of them couldn't even tell you why.

Johnson says vote on Epstein files to take place next week after discharge petition

Arizona Democratic Rep. Adelita Grijalva became the final lawmaker to sign the petition after she was sworn into the lower chamber earlier Wednesday.
By Misty Severi

Published: November 12, 2025 10:05pm

House Speaker Mike Johnson on Wednesday night said he would bring a petition to release files related to Jeffrey Epstein to a floor vote next week, now that the bipartisan discharge petition has enough signatures to force action on the matter.

Arizona Democratic Rep. Adelita Grijalva became the final lawmaker to sign the petition after she was sworn into the lower chamber earlier Wednesday. Several Republicans have also signed it, including South Carolina Rep. Nancy Mace.

The petition itself will not force the release of the files, but is merely a vote that will force lawmakers to go on the record with their position on the release. A discharge petition forces a bill or resolution to be brought directly to the House floor for consideration, even if it's previously been held up in the committee process.

Johnson told reporters that Republicans will bring the matter up for a formal vote after the House returns from the weekend, and that Democrats prevented them from voting on it earlier in the day, The Hill reported.

“As soon as the discharge petition received the 218th signature, we brought it up on unanimous consent, and that would, as you know, make it — would get it through the process immediately," Johnson said. "The Democrats shockingly opposed it. So it was a staggering level of hypocrisy.

‘Cover up for pedophiles’: Epstein maniac Massie warns GOP colleagues who would try to block file release
November 13, 2025 | Vivek Saxena

The ongoing congressional battle over the so-called Epstein files reached a fevered pitch on Wednesday when Republican Rep. Thomas Massie warned his GOP colleagues to get with the program or else.

Speaking with CNN’s Manu Raju, Massie urged his colleagues to side against President Donald Trump and vote to approve a bill that would compel the Department of Justice to release the official Epstein files.

He even went so far as to accuse those of his colleagues who planned to vote in Trump’s favor of trying to “cover up for pedophiles.”

“The deal for Republicans on this vote is that Trump will protect you if you vote the wrong way,” he said. “In other words, if you vote to cover up for pedophiles, you’ve got cover in a Republican primary.”

“But I would remind my colleagues that this vote is gonna be on your record for longer than Trump is gonna be president. And what are you gonna do in 2028 and 2030 when you’re in a debate, either with a Republican or a Democrat, and they say, ‘How can we trust you? You covered up for a pedophile back in 2025,’” he added.

Trump is pressuring congress not to release the files.  He is hiding something.  The speaker even delayed the swearing in of a new congresswoman for several weeks to keep the petition below 218.

Needless to say, this reflects very poorly on the conservative movement and our country in general.

Epstein emails with ex-Obama lawyer claim he stopped talking to Bill Clinton for mysterious reason
By Josh Christenson and Ryan King
Published Nov. 12, 2025
Updated Nov. 12, 2025, 4:44 p.m. ET

Pedophile Jeffrey Epstein ended his friendship with Bill Clinton because he believed the former president was a liar, according to new emails the disgraced financier’s estate handed over to Congress on Wednesday.

The emails obtained by the House Oversight Committee show that Kathryn Ruemmler, a former White House counsel to President Barack Obama, had a chummy relationship with Epstein — and the two frequently discussed politics in the lead-up to the 2016 election.

In a Jan. 23, 2016, email, Epstein revealed that he broke off contact with Slick Willy after “he swore, with whole-hearted conviction to me that he had done something, he had forgotten that he also swore the exact opposite to me only weeks before.” ...
