Residents were jolted awake around 3:20 am by explosions, only to find Baumann's BMW engulfed in flames. Hours later, a post on the far-left website Indymedia boasted, "Fiery greetings to the accused, jailed and submerged Antifas! During the night on 3,11.25, we destroyed the BMW by Bernd Baumann... with an incendiary set."
