‘High calorie’ couple ‘afraid’ SNAP will run dry, say they ‘didn’t ask’ for their kids

A well-fed couple is “highly afraid” of having to go to a food bank, saying they “didn’t ask” for their kids, but now have to feed them.

NBC News posted a video of a woman fretting over having to go to a food bank to provide for her family, and what she says has social media users in a frenzy.

“Have you ever been to the food bank before?” the interviewer asked.

“No, we haven’t,” the male responds.

“Are you scared?” the interviewer presses.

“Well, highly afraid because we didn’t ask for these kids to come but what are we going to do, deny them? We have them, we have to take care of them. We have to find a way and it’s hard right now with everything that’s going on. People are even afraid to come out of their houses to work. It’s really bad,” the female explains, pushing a stroller with two small children in it while a larger kid holds onto her arm.

Her comments about not asking “for these kids to come” really set off social media users, while others noticed certain things about her appearance:

If I had to name the one thing that burns my biscuits when it comes to the Democratic Party, it’s this


I don’t know these people’s circumstances and I won’t judge but it’s this massive sense of entitlement and dependency the Democrats have promoted over the last several decades

No sense of gratitude towards the taxpayers who pay for these benefits so they can feed their families

The Democrats have told folks like this couple that they are entitled to government benefits and to Hell with the taxpayers

I get things happen to people in life but a “thank you” to taxpayers on occasion would be nice

I see a bunch of high calorie white folk waddling around the cookie isle at wallyworld,  but if you put them up against the number of blacks you could max out an elevators weight limit at about 5.

I saw an ad the other day for one of those weight-loss injectables (Wegovy, or something similar) and it referred to "people with obesity." Not obese people. Not overweight people. Definitely not fat people.

People with obesity, like it was something that just snuck up on them by surprise.
