Newly-released documents on the Biden-led FBI’s “Operation Arctic Frost,” the unofficial codename for former Special Counsel Jack Smith’s  open-ended investigation into President Trump’s challenges to the 2020 election, revealed that the operation spied on more than 160 prominent conservative lawmakers, political pundits, lawyers and more.

According to new disclosures from the House Judiciary Committee, Arctic Frost investigators utilized FBI field offices from across the country as part of the probe. Investigators also requested $16,600 to travel to conduct more than 40 interviews in various states.

A total of 45 senior Trump allies, including former White House chief adviser Steve Bannon, former Deputy Attorney General Jeff Clark, U.S. Rep. Scott Perry, as well as dozens of other lawmakers and lawyers, were potentially under active investigation. An additional 111 individuals, including a number of current administration officials and senior figures in the conservative movement, were also caught up in the probe.

Documents previously released by congressional investigators revealed that Arctic Frost was personally approved by a number of senior Biden officials, including former Attorney General Merrick Garland and former FBI Director Christopher Wray.

We've just learned that @amrenewctr, along with numerous other conservative organizations and politicians, had its records subpoenaed by the Biden Administration.

This could not have been part of any J6 investigation, as @amrenewctr  did not exist on January 6th, 2021. There would be no reason at all to subpoena any record.

The Biden Administration weaponized the federal government to spy on and strike at their political opponents.

A subpoena is not a warrant.  Make a judge sign off on it.
