Sanctuary Officials Ignore ICE, Release Guatemalan Pedophile Into Virginia’s Capital City
 
Officials in the sanctuary city of Richmond released a child sex predator who is in the U.S. illegally, openly defying a request from federal immigration authorities to transfer the man into their custody.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) just released details about the apprehension of Rick Martinez Lopez on Oct. 14 in Virginia.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer against Martinez Lopez with the Richmond City Jail in August.

However, jail officials “stated they would not honor the detainer and released this child predator back into the community,” DHS explained in a press release.

Despite Martinez Lopez having convictions for sexual assault of child, failure to register as a sex offender, and probation violation, he was set loose in Richmond.

Their sickness is so extreme they would set free a child molester and defy national law.
