A fire believed to be caused by a lithium battery broke out on an Air China flight on Saturday, forcing it to make an emergency landing. Meanwhile, dramatic video from Hong Kong shows a cargo plane in the water after it skidded off the airport’s runway, colliding with a patrol vehicle and killing two workers.
