Just DOUBLE a property tax on UN property (including ALL assets right down to the paper & pencils) for every percentage this corrupt organization tries to levy on the US.
Same for, WHO, Soros & Foundations, ACLU, SEIU, Antifa, CPUSA, BLM, all the Clinton “Charities” and the entire DNC Matrix!

IMHO don't be surprised when they have an 'army' of  sorts to enforce this first time UN taxing power.

It's being formally adopted this year --- looks like Trump & administration needs to nip this in the bud before it becomes reality.  Easiest way that I see it is for the U.S. to completely withdraw from the U.N.

Problem is that the U.S. no longer has much of a Merchant Marine, with only about 80 blue water vessels left to carry cargo.  We've come to rely too heavily on European and Chinese carriers for ocean going transport, and thus, this "carbon tax" that will be levied against them will be passed down to American consumers.  And it also sets up a massive slush fund for the UN so that it can operate and meddle with impunity.
