I know it's Reddit but IMO it's not a good look.

Haul them put of the car and beat them senseless is my first reaction. Or they could stop being such jerks. It also could be a fake video. The officers should take their IDs and run them - sounds like they had something to hide like wanted felons or drugs or guns in the car.
