Teen accused of helping destroy police car appears in court

A teenager accused of helping destroy a Boston Police cruiser during a chaotic riot had little to say after he donned a tank top during his first court appearance. Julian Bowers, 18, was arrested during what police described as a 'large-scale vehicle takeover' in Boston's South End around 2am Saturday after a patrol car went up in flames and other vehicles were hit with objects and fireworks.
