U.S. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) on Tuesday responded with vitriol to an AI-generated video shared by President Donald Trump that shows him standing at an imaginary press conference wearing a mustache and oversized sombrero.

The comedic clip, shared by Trump late Monday night, made light of Jeffries and U.S. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) as both men vow to force a government shutdown.

“Look guys, there’s no way to sugarcoat it,” Schumer says in the fake clip. “Nobody likes Democrats anymore because of our woke trans bulls**t.”
