Man smashes into Illinois officer's car, confesses he did it because he 'hates cops'

28-year-old Keajion L. Jennings crashed into a police vehicle as an officer was conducting a traffic stop in Fairview Heights, Illinois on September 24. Jennings made a series of bizarre confessions to the officer, saying that he crashed on purpose because he 'hates cops'.

He admits he did it because HE HATES COPS, but I'll bet he's not charged with a hate crime. **nononono*
