American manhood just passed a major milestone.

Fewer than half of boys born in the US are now being circumcised, according to a report released earlier this month based on Johns Hopkins medical research.

That rate, 49.3%, marks the lowest since circumcision peaked about 70 years ago, Daily Mail can reveal.

As preferences shift toward keeping baby boys' penises intact, the nation is seeing an uptick in grown men seeking to restore foreskins cut from them in infancy.

'It's no longer a gay thing or a fringe thing, or something men feel they can't talk about,' said Ron Low, a longtime 'intactivist' and former purveyor of 'foreskin restoration' devices who now performs a one-man show about, as he puts it, 'what's awesome about foreskins.'

Circumcision is believed to have originated as a rite of sacrifice in Ancient Egypt.

It later was adopted by Jews as a spiritual covenant and by Muslims as a cultural and religious identifier.

The practice gained popularity in the Victorian era for its supposed, albeit widely contested, benefit as a preventive measure against infections, diseases and masturbation.

Not necessarily. Reading about WWII, a lot of people of all kinds, very many people tried to reverse circumcision. The Democrat Socialists (Nazis) used circumcision as a test for being Aryan or not. Some guys would just chop it off not to be caught circumcised. "I was in an accident ..."

They were paying quack conmen for operations which, according to what I read, none actually worked. But, sometimes the disfigurement was so extensive, nobody could tell anymore one way or the other.

From what I understand, uncircumcised orgasm is much better than a circumcised penis due to the fact that the head is protected. Uncircumcised penises are exposed to all kinds of stuff and become desensitized over time. I do not know for sure, but from my own circumcised little soldier, I would guess this is likely true. There are some circumstances where my 'Danny Boy' could have used a little protection.

Muslims are growing like kudzu because their women have zero rights.  The average muslim woman bears nine children.

But back to MGM, male genital mutilation, it is a practice that became common place post WWI.  It was stated then that men would suffer less infection with trench warfare if they had MGM.  So, we as a nation made it standard practice.  Plus, the medical community saw it as another line item for making easy money.  That is the UGLY TRUTH of it all.

I heard it once said, the difference between a circumcised and  an uncircumcised penis was like the difference between black and white TV and color TV.  I think that analogy is a fair comparison.

I know next to nothing about restoration of MGM, but I would think it is largely the medical community looking for another way to fleece the general population.  There is no way one could restore a penis to pre circumcism status.  The number of nerve endings destroyed with the process would never be restored.  More grift by the medical community of grifters.
