EXCLUSIVE: President Donald Trump will highlight the "return of American strength" in his second administration during his speech at the United Nations General Assembly Tuesday, while delivering "blunt" and "tough talk" about the "failures of globalism," a White House official told Fox News Digital.

The president is scheduled to deliver his first address of his second administration at the UN General Assembly in New York City Tuesday just before 10 a.m.

A White House official gave Fox News Digital an exclusive preview of the president’s address.

"President Trump has effectively restored American strength on the world stage," a White House official told Fox News Digital. "His historic speech at the United Nations General Assembly will highlight his success in delivering peace on a scale that no other president has accomplished, while simultaneously speaking bluntly about how globalist ideologies risk destroying successful nations around the world."

The president is expected to highlight his successful efforts to negotiate peace around the world—specifically, Armenia and Azerbaijan; Thailand and Cambodia; Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo; among others.

The president is also expected to highlight his strikes against narcoterrorists from Venezuela.

France’s Emmanuel Macron calls Trump for help as he’s forced to walk through NYC to avoid UN traffic

French leader Emmanuel Macron got an authentic New York experience when his car was blocked by UN traffic — with the head of state filmed getting out to walk and even calling President Trump for help.

Bizarre video showed the European leader begging an NYPD cop to help him get through on Monday, soon after he finished giving a controversial speech to the United Nations, according to French outlet Brut.

“I’m really sorry, Mr. President, everything is currently blocked,” the apologetic officer tells Macron, who tries to convince the cop to let him through if Trump’s convoy is not immediately passing by.

Frazzled, Macron then makes a call — seemingly to Trump.

“How are you? Guess what, I’m waiting in the street because everything is closed for you,” Macron says, laughing in the call, seemingly to his American counterpart.

An eagle-eyed Karoline Leavitt produced evidence of what may have been a prank played on President Donald Trump during his arrival at the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday.

Trump and First Lady Melania were on their way to the floor of the 80th General Assembly, where the president was prepared to deliver scorching remarks about the state of U.N. spending on illegal immigrants, when an escalator he was on abruptly turned off.

The president briefly looked around as camera shutters snapped before climbing the frozen staircase.

But a Sunday report from the Hindustan Times casts doubt on whether the technical difficulty was genuine or manufactured, Leavitt asserted on social media.

She pointed to a paragraph deep in the story:

“Meanwhile, UN organisers have been joking about stunts they could pull to highlight the funding shortage. One idea doing the rounds: turn off the escalators and elevators and simply tell him they ran out of money, so he has to walk up the stairs.”

“If someone at the UN intentionally stopped the escalator as the President and First Lady were stepping on, they need to be fired and investigated immediately,” Leavitt thundered.
