That was Karen's Mini-Me.

Many of the flags of northwestern European countries feature Crosses of their patrons Saints.

Look for movements to change the flags of these nations to remove the Crosses from them.

A northwestern European caliphate can't have a Crucifix in its flag.  They'd be laughed out of the Muslim Brotherhood.
