Circle K clerk Eduardo Felipe Labrada Machado confessed to shooting and killing off-duty Edgewater Police Officer David Jewell Monday, Sept. 15
Machado said he was "having a bad day" on the day of the shooting
Family members told the Volusia County Sheriff's Office that Machado had previously been diagnosed with a mental health condition
A Circle K clerk in Ormond-by-the-Sea, Fla., allegedly confessed to shooting and killing an off-duty Edgewater Police Officer because he was "having a bad day."
