Update:
 The arrest came at the same time that officials said a suspect had been taken into custody, however university spokeserson Scott Trotter later said that the man in the video was not believed to be the shooter. The gunman remains at large, Trotter said, and UVU locked down its campus as bedlam took over the scene.

UVU officials said the shot was fired from the top of the Losee Center, about 200 feet away from where Kirk was sitting.
