Gee, if only there were laws against 13-year-olds buying guns.
The
Associated Press story doesn't mention who actually owned the guns, but it sounds like his mother was enabling him and, at least, making excuses for his behavior. I doubt this boy earned enough money delivering papers or cutting grass to purchase all these weapons himself.
