Illegal Immigrant Twins, Wanted For Ripping Off Construction Sites, Arrested In Auburndale

Suspects, in the U.S. illegally, face numerous felony charges and an ICE detainer.
 
POLK COUNTY, Fla. - A pair of 26-year-old twin brothers from Mexico, wanted on a multitude of felony charges related to the burglary of homes under construction, were arrested Friday by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Eder Zaragoza Marin Ibar and Juan Elder Marin Ibar were taken into custody at a residence on Ellie Road in Auburndale.

 
According to investigators, the brothers were located on Friday afternoon and arrested on existing warrants. The charges against the twins include Grand Theft over $20k, Grand Theft, Burglary (13 counts), Felony Criminal Mischief, Dealing in Stolen Property, and Possession of Burglary Tools.
