Trump could have arrested Hillary in his first term. He did not do it. Trump said that her arrest would reflect poorly on America and on the Government. He knows she is guilty, but her arrest and possible imprisonment would be very bad optics on the global stage.
If he would not arrest Hillary because of how it would be perceived and reported overseas, then he will NEVER arrest Obama. Clapper and Comey, et. al., are likely to be arrested. Nobody know who they are. However, Trump does not want to make a public spectacle of arresting former Top Level senior officials no matter how guilty they actually are.
Like many things that might be unpopular, the best way to do this is to have the truth revealed (some will never believe it), and let the story grow where it will, let the demand build for the proper treatment of the perpetrators.
The press have been exposed as collaborators in building the narratives used against Trump, and their perfidy is on parade. That places every column inch or second of air time since this started in perspective, as new lies ave been told to try to bolster their failing narratives.
Now, it is up to them to try to salvage their reputations by reporting the truth, or they can continue to experience their loss of credibility, ratings/readership, and relevance.
The court that matters most is the court of public opinion, at this point. Without conviction there, all else will be presented (especially by those seeking to justify their perfidy) as partisan and reprisal (ironically, for being hounded from before his first term using the lies as justification).
These revelations will not eliminate the TDS out there, though they may reduce it somewhat around the doubting and disappointed fringes.
