The MSNBC anchor Lawrence O’Donnell believes he’s on to a scandal: The US president who held a snap summit with Vladimir Putin in Alaska, and then, immediately after, hosted a spontaneous meeting with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky and major European leaders at the White House, is so debilitated that he can barely function. 

His evidence is that Donald Trump had a light public schedule a couple of days after this flurry of in-person, high-stakes diplomacy.

This would be little like a critic of Charles Lindbergh accusing the landmark aviator of being a layabout because, after landing in Paris upon the completion of his historic transatlantic flight, he didn’t do anything except sleep at the American ambassador’s residence.

According to O’Donnell, Trump’s absence might have been because he couldn’t stand up for very long or speak coherently.

Apparently, he believes Trump after Alaska was basically in the same condition as an exhausted, very ill FDR after Yalta.

Perhaps the secretly enfeebled Trump is going to be the next big anti-Trump fantasy, replacing the notion from the first term that he must be a quasi-Russian agent.

Every mistake that the Democrats made during the Biden era, the Republicans are doing the same in the Trump era

Democrats and the Biden administration dismissed inflation concerns, and claimed the economy was doing well despite how average Americans felt about it. Trump and his supporters are doing the same.

Trump is almost 80. There’s going to be some age related declines. Plus, he’s obese. Democrats  attacked and dismissed anybody who noticed or brought up Biden’s age related declines and they paid for it. Trump and his supporters are doing the same thing.


Republicans will not be immune from the anger of the American people

Don't forget, democrats had a real case study about mental incompetence in the WH to study for four years and build their lies and innuendoes around.  While Biden's enfeeblement was pretty much obvious to the whole world, the MSM and democrats put on a show of blissful ignorance.

"Enfeebled".  Who the hell talks like that except educated idiots from academia and coastal elites who think their sh*t doesn't stink.

Well this is just stupid because it's obvious to everyone (except maybe O’Donnell) that Trump is a living, breathing dynamo, even at age 78.  And even then, he probably needed some down time after that grueling trip. Biden would not have survived it at all. And I'll bet O’Donnell has never even been to Alaska or understands exactly how far away it is from DC---Seattle is the halfway point to Anchorage.
