Yeah, and ChiComs pilots aren't nearly as good as USAF pilots.  The F-15EX's would eat them

Yeah, but in a Communist military, pilots are not free to act independently as in western air forces.

Same thing in the PLAN - the skipper of a PLAN ship has to ask his 2nd in Command and the political officer before taking any action.
