President Donald Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, made it crystal clear this week that pro-Hamas activist Mahmoud Khalil will be deported, despite a roller coaster of legal challenges.

According to Newsmax, Homan, during an interview on “Finnerty,” reacted to an “appeals court ruling on Wednesday preventing the Trump administration from re-detaining Khalil as it continues to appeal a federal judge’s decision to release him last month.”

The foreign Columbia University graduate student was set to be deported by the Trump administration for his prominent role in pro-Hamas demonstrations at the school.
