On this week’s broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” GAI President Peter Schweizer said former CIA Director Gina Haspel should undergo further investigation regarding the alleged Russia collusion intelligence efforts by former President Barack Obama and his top officials.

Schweizer said, “One name I’d like to see out there more is Gina Haspel. She was the CIA director, appointed by Donald Trump. She certainly had access to this material. It’s interesting to me that she was the London chief of the CIA in the 2000s. In 2014, CIA Director John Brennan sent her back there, which was a highly unusual move, and she was there during this period. Much of the fake Russia collusion intel, from Steele and others, was coming out of London. So, what role did she play in creating this? And also, what role did she play in suppressing it when she was CIA director and she was supposed to be serving Donald Trump rather than the CIA establishment?”

On former staffers denying they saw any of President JoeBiden’s mental decline, Schweizer said, “The notion that White House staffers were insisting that ‘he seems fine to us’ is ridiculous. Just look at the numbers. In 2021, he had 58 known phone calls with foreign leaders. By 2024, that was down to 20. Look at the press conferences. He went from having nine solo press conferences to zero in 2024. There were conscious decisions being made to make sure he was not being exposed to the public.”

CIA Director Gina Haspel is personally blocking the declassification of documents detailing corruption at the highest levels of the intelligence community during the 2016 election, according to The Federalist co-founder Sean Davis.

While new information about wrongdoing at the FBI has recently been declassified, including recent revelations about Hillary Clinton campaign’s collusion with Russia, Davis reported on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” Wednesday that Haspel herself is standing in the way of the declassification of other relevant documents.

“I’m told that it is Gina Haspel personally who is blocking continued declassification of these documents that will show the American people the truth of what actually happened,” Davis said.

Notably, Haspel was previously the London CIA station chief under former CIA director John Brennan during the 2016 election. “Recall it was London where Christopher Steele was doing all this work,” Davis said, noting Haspel was the “main link” between Washington and London at the time. Haspel was hand-picked by former CIA director John Brennan to run the CIA’s operations in London, where she served as the spy agency’s bureau chief from 2014 through early 2017. ...

Now that's probably true.  BUT the problem is that she was actually Trump's former CIA director, serving from May 21, 2018, to January 20, 2021.  So she was part of his first administration and not Obama's or Biden's.

Yeah, I get it.  The buck never stops with Trump.

Why do you HATE him so much? 

I don't hate Trump at all but think he's deeply flawed and not a very good president, and I don't like his enormous yet extremely fragile ego.  In fact, you've seen me applaud him on this board for the things I believe that he does right, like finally punching Iran's ticket, unleashing Israel on Hamas, and forcing Europe to step up and honor its NATO obligations.  I also applaud him for cleaning up the immigration mess, which was originally caused when Reagan took the Democrats at their word and signed the Immigration Act of 1986 into law. 

But as you have also seen, I also call him out for the stupid things he does, which often ends with self-inflicted political injury, like the Epstein debacle.  And I also take him to task for blithely accepting the Russian worldview on NATO and Ukraine early on, and naively believing that he could sweet talk Putin into ending his war while bullying Zelensky into surrendering his country.
