While most of the country has erupted in outrage after an angry mob savagely assaulted two white people in downtown Cincinnati over the weekend, one prominent local politician has the exact opposite reaction to the story.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, a group of black individuals smacked around a bald white guy at the intersection of West Fourth Street and Elm Street in downtown Cincy and beat him so bad that he could not get up.

Then, a white woman got slugged by one of the cowards. Her head slammed down onto the concrete, and she lost consciousness. Blood was seen coming out of her mouth.

Two people have been arrested in the attack so far. One was out on bail from previous charges.

Now, Cincinnati Mayoral candidate Cory Bowman has discovered something also quite disturbing. Victoria Parks, the Cincinnati City Council’s president pro tem, thinks this wicked mob was 100% justified in its actions.

In fact, she openly celebrated seeing these two poor tourists getting beaten within an inch of their lives earlier this week.

“They begged for that beatdown! I am grateful for the whole story,” Parks wrote in response to a Facebook post.

A violent street brawl in the heart of downtown Cincinnati has now drawn the attention of federal authorities, with multiple arrests made and charges filed after a disturbing attack was caught on video and shared across social media.

The incident unfolded around 3 a.m. on Saturday, July 26, outside the LoVe nightclub and a nearby restaurant on Fourth and Elm Streets. Dozens of people witnessed the brutal scene: one man was slammed to the ground and repeatedly kicked, while a woman was left motionless, bleeding from her mouth. The footage, which quickly went viral, caused public outrage and calls for accountability.

By midweek, three individuals had been arrested in connection with the beating. The most recent arrest came on Wednesday, when Jermaine Matthews was taken into custody and charged with aggravated riot and assault. “Sources also said that the individual was booked overnight,” Fox News reported.

The two others arrested earlier in the week were 34-year-old Montianez Merriweather and 24-year-old Dekyra Vernon, both facing charges of felonious assault, aggravated riot, and assault. On Wednesday morning, all three appeared in court for bond hearings. Merriweather’s bond was set at $500,000, Vernon’s at $200,000, and Matthews at $100,000.

The sad truth is, blacks were doing well until The New Left started agitating the young men in the '70s and late '60s.

The area I grew up in was about 50% black, population wise, the communities were, for the most part separate, but we worked side by side everywhere from oyster boats to tobacco fields and industrial jobs.

I still recall one of the elder gentlemen of that local community telling my mother about agitators sent the 50 miles south from DC to stir up trouble. "We had to send them boys back home. They were down here trying to stir up trouble with our white folks, and we ain't never had no problem with our white folks."

That relative harmony, along with plans to get a higher education through academic scholarships, sports scholarships, or serving a hitch and using the GI Bill,  was derailed by a combination of agitators along with the assassination of MLK, Jr.
The mass media played no small part in that, as they continue to do even today, fomenting anger and hatred to keep that conflict alive.
That may have passed the tipping point where anything can be done to pull back from the abyss.

It would not surprise me to find out that that assassination had been orchestrated by more militant (Leftist) factions who did not want racial harmony and did not want blacks to succeed on merit. New footage showing the racial slur that was shouted during the brutal beatdown in Cincinnati, Ohio, last weekend has emerged. In the video, someone can be heard yelling the N-word as the violence begins to unfold, though it is unclear who exactly said it and to whom it was directed.

Attorney Brandon Fox, who represents defendant Jermaine Matthews, told Fox News’ CB Cotton that "it was not a Black, racist mob attacking people. These were separate fights that were triggered by racial slurs that ultimately poured gasoline on the fire."

Fox also said that his client was not involved in smaller fights, but rather was trying to break them up. Matthews only got involved when he was slapped by a "taller White man," according to Fox.

Matthews is facing charges of aggravated riot and assault, and his bond was set at $100,000 on Wednesday, according to FOX 19. However, he returned to court on Thursday where he faced two new counts of felonious assault and one for misdemeanor assault. According to FOX 19, the judge then set new bonds that pushed the total to $270,000.

The Cincinnati police chief has been accused of anti-white racism and sexism by four department veterans in an explosive lawsuit.

Chief Theresa Theetge, who is already under intense scrutiny over her handling of a mass brawl in the Ohio city last weekend, is being sued alongside the city.

Capt. Robert Wilson, and Lts. Patrick Caton, Gerald Hodges and Andrew Mitchell say in their complaint that her department disfavored and disregarded white men for top positions in the force.

The four claim in their lawsuit that the department disregarded qualifications, time spent with the department and commanders' staffing requests, when picking top brass.

'Plaintiffs, who are White males, were denied all opportunities for preferred assignments due to their race and/or sex,' the complaint states.

They claim the department and the city 'intentionally' and 'disproportionately favored non-white males and/or females'.

The suit, filed in May before the viral brawl happened, added that the City and Chief Theetge had, 'actively undertaken efforts to promote, advance and make promotion and assignment decision that are preferable to women and minorities'.

'Plaintiffs applied for, and did not receive those positions. Furthermore, as respects the preferential assignments, each of the Plaintiffs were qualified for those positions,' the filing states.

A woman who was severely beaten following a street brawl in Cincinnati is suffering from a 'very bad' brain trauma after the horrific attack.

The woman, known only as Holly, was attacked in the downtown area of Ohio city alongside an unidentified man - and the shocking attack was captured on camera.

In her first remarks since the assault, Holly, who is still severely bruised, said it has left her with trauma to the brain.

In an emotional message, she said: 'I want to say thank you to everyone for all of the love and support.

'It's definitely what's keeping me going. And you have just brought back faith in humanity.

'It's been very, very hard, and I'm still recovering. I still have a very bad brain trauma. God bless you all. Thank you.'

Political commentator Benny Johnson shared the video to his X profile after he organized an online fundraiser for her, which has already raised $168,000.

According to the page Holly is a single working-class mother and is out of work due to her injuries as well as living in an undisclosed location due to threats on her life.

Cincinnati leaders are reportedly calling on members of local government to bring charges against a White man seen slapping a Black man during a viral confrontation that left six injured and led to seven arrests in late July.

In a public discussion hosted by Ohio state Rep. Cecil Thomas on Monday, community members met to discuss concerns over the city’s handling of the investigation into the fight, WLWT reported.

"The video speaks for itself," Thomas said, according to the outlet. "The method by which this situation has been handled raises serious questions as to whether there is bias involved in this investigation. It also brings into question the lack of integrity and whether there is something else to hide."

Additional footage of the assault obtained by WLWT shows the unidentified White man allegedly hitting a Black man in the face, leading to several others joining in on the beatdown that ultimately left six people injured.

A separate video obtained by Fox News Digital depicts a White man repeatedly using a racial slur toward the group in the moments before the fight.

The update comes over two weeks after the incident broke out on the corner of Fourth and Elm streets in the early morning hours of July 26.

A man whom police identified as a victim in the violent street brawl in Cincinnati that left several people injured last month has been charged, investigators said. 

The unidentified 45-year-old White man is charged with disorderly conduct, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, for his alleged role in the July 26 melee in the city's downtown.

Police said his status as a victim in the beating prevents them from releasing his name under Marsy's Law, which gives crime victims the option to have their names withheld from public release.

He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 26.

The fight broke out in the early morning hours on the corner of Fourth and Elm streets. Footage of the brawl quickly went viral.

Last week, a seventh suspect, Gregory Wright, 32, was charged with alleged aggravated riot and aggravated robbery.

Police allege Wright "did by force rip the necklace off the victim while he was being assaulted by four or more co-defendants attempting to cause serious physical harm," according to a criminal complaint obtained by Fox 19.

Wright allegedly snatched the victim’s necklace during the beating before proceeding "to film the rest of the events," the outlet reported.

Earlier this month, six defendants were indicted by a grand jury for their alleged roles in the beatdown.
