New Florida LAW against so-called “conspiracy theory” of weather modification and geoengineering activities requires public airports to report use

If you thought weather weapons were a conspiracy theory, think again. In a significant move against covert climate experimentation, Florida has enacted a new state law requiring all public-use airports to report any weather modification or geoengineering activities. The law, signed in June by Governor Ron DeSantis, bans the release of aerosolized particulate matter into the atmosphere for the purpose of altering weather, climate, temperature, or sunlight intensity.
The regulation underscores Florida’s increasing stance against what officials describe as “climate manipulation” and calls for heightened transparency in aviation practices potentially linked to atmospheric modification.
New Law Requires Reporting of Weather Modification: Florida airports must now report any geoengineering or weather modification activities, as part of a new law banning the release of chemicals or substances into the atmosphere intended to alter weather, temperature, or sunlight.
Monthly Reporting and Enforcement Measures: Starting in October, public-use airports must submit monthly reports on any equipment capable of releasing climate-altering substances, with noncompliance potentially resulting in the loss of state funding.
State Officials Cite Health and Environmental Concerns: Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier emphasized the dangers of aerosolized particulates, warning they could harm human health, pollute water and agriculture, and speculated such activities may have contributed to deadly Texas floods.
Broader National Focus on Geoengineering: The law aligns with growing federal attention, as officials like EPA head Lee Zeldin and HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. call for investigations into weather modification, and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene introduces legislation to halt such practices.
