Cape Wind (off Martha's Vineyard) has yet to get off the ground.

Vineyard Wind (off Nantucket) is a disaster before its even come online.

The Maine Clean Energy Connector hasn't been completed yet.

They shutdown coal, LNG, and nuclear power plants with the expectation that these clean energy projects would be online already.  Guess what?  Electricity prices in the region have risen as supply has decreased.
