WATCH: Cops Shoot Sword-Wielding Foreign Suspect in Sanctuary City LA
 
Police officers opened fire on a sword-wielding suspect in a turban who rammed a patrol car in California this week, authorities say.

The shocking incident unfolded Sunday morning in the sanctuary city of Los Angeles, where illegal aliens and radical leftists have been at war with federal and local law enforcement.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) was alerted about a deranged man standing on Figueroa Street near Olympic Boulevard and threatening passing motorists with a massive bladed weapon.

The suspect, who was wearing a blue cloth wrapped around his head, was reportedly chanting and even placed the blade in his mouth at one point.

“The suspect advanced toward the officers before entering the driver’s seat of a black Dodge Challenger. He fled the location, south on Figueroa, leading officers on a very short vehicle pursuit,” LAPD explained in a statement.

The article if you read it in full indicated it was unknown if he would be charged.  Really?  Wielding a sword against police, and the media does not know if he will be charged?  I say attempted murder of multiple police officers. Throw the key away.
